At Elite Dermatology Collective, we believe you should understand the cost of your care before you receive it. Our direct-pay model allows us to provide thoughtful, individualized dermatology care with clear, upfront pricing.

General Dermatology

Focused Dermatology Visit

A focused visit for an established patient with one or two straightforward concerns or a simple follow-up — $90

  • Evaluation of 1 or 2 new spots or growths

  • Follow up of a previously evaluated mole or lesion

  • Follow up of a previously diagnosed skin condition

  • Routine medication management or refills for stable acne, rosacea, or eczema

  • Evaluation of a localized rash

Extended Dermatology Visit

An extended visit for patients who need additional time for a more thorough or complex dermatologic evaluation and treatment planning — $250

  • A full body skin examination

  • Evaluation of multiple dermatologic concerns

  • Skin cancer surveillance with an extensive personal history of skin cancer

  • Evaluation of numerous atypical moles

  • Management of a more medically complex skin condition

  • Additional time for evaluation, counseling, and treatment planning

Comprehensive Dermatology Visit

A comprehensive visit for new patients, new or changing skin conditions, or concerns requiring evaluation and treatment planning — $180

  • A new patient dermatology evaluation

  • A routine upper body skin examination

  • Evaluation of acne, rosacea, eczema or psoriasis 

  • Evaluation of a new or generalized rash

  • Evaluation of nail concerns

  • Evaluation of suspicious or changing lesions

  • Follow up of a skin condition requiring a significant change in treatment

Treatment Follow-Up

A brief follow-up treatment visit for a condition previously evaluated at Elite Dermatology Collective, such as repeat wart treatment or intralesional injections — $75

  • Treatment performed during this visit for previously treated areas is included unless otherwise discussed.

Which Appointment Should I Book?

  • Start with a Comprehensive Dermatology Visit - $180 for most dermatologic concerns. If you are scheduling a full-body skin examination or have multiple or complex concerns, choose an Extended Dermatology Visit - $250.

  • Choose a Focused Dermatology Visit - $90.

  • Choose an Extended Dermatology Visit - $250.

  • Choose an Extended Dermatology Visit - $250 so that adequate time can be reserved for your care

  • Choose a Comprehensive Dermatology Visit - $180

  • Choose a Treatment Follow-Up - $75.

  • Please schedule these as separate appointments so adequate time can be devoted to each concern.

  • New cosmetic patients should schedule a Cosmetic Consultation - $75. Your consultation fee will be applied toward cosmetic treatment performed or scheduled within 30 days.

Common In-Office Procedures

In-office Diagnostic Testing 

Microscopic examination of skin, hair, or nail samples when needed to help establish a diagnosis — $40

Medical Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy of medically necessary lesions.

  • 1-5 lesions - $75

  • 6-14 lesions - $125

  • 15+ lesions - $175

Diagnostic Skin Biopsy 

Removal of a small skin sample for diagnostic evaluation — $90 per site

Pathology laboratory fees are separate.

Intralesional Steroid Injections 

Injection treatment, as medically appropriate, for some inflammatory skin conditions — Up to 5 injection sites - $75

More extensive treatment may be priced individually.

When a procedure is recommended in-office, we will discuss the cost with you before proceeding.

Surgical Dermatology

Punch Biopsy 

Includes simple closure and suture removal — $110

Pathology is billed separately.

Punch Excision

Includes intermediate closure and suture removal — $200

Pathology is billed separately.

Incision & Drainage (I&D)

Starting at $300

Cosmetic Shave Removal

$150

Pathology is billed separately.

Electrodessication & Curettage (ED&C) 

For treatment of appropriate skin cancers or other medically indicated lesions — $300 per procedure

Surgical Excision & Repair

For appropriate moles, cysts, and skin cancers — Starting at $500 per procedure

  • Includes closure and routine postoperative visit with suture removal.

Exact pricing will be provided prior to scheduling the procedure. Pathology is billed separately.

Cosmetic Dermatology

Cosmetic Consultation

A personalized consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, and treatment options. A consultation is required for all new cosmetic patients — $75

The consultation fee is applied toward cosmetic treatment performed or scheduled within 30 days.

Cosmetic Removal of Benign Growths

For cosmetic removal or destruction of benign skin tags, seborrheic keratoses, milia, angiomas, and similar benign growths

  • 1-5 lesions - $100

  • 6-14 lesions - $150

  • Up to 30 lesions - $250

Lesions requiring diagnostic evaluation or pathology are priced separately.

A Few Things to Know

Visit fees cover the evaluation and medical decision-making associated with your appointment. Procedures performed during your visit are pried separately unless specifically noted as included. 

Pathology and laboratory testing are performed by outside laboratories and billed separately. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice. 

All Elite Dermatology Collective medical, surgical, and cosmetic fees are due in full at the time of service. 

Appointments for new rashes, new acne, new hair loss, and cosmetic consultations should be scheduled separately from skin examination appointments so that adequate time can be reserved for each concern.

New cosmetic patients require a consultation. Treatment may be performed the same day when appropriate and when scheduling allows.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject ot a $100 fee.

All credit card payments will be subject to credit card processing fees.
