Direct Pay Model
No insurance confusion. No membership fee.
Just elite dermatology care with transparent pricing.
What is Direct-Pay Dermatology?
At Elite Dermatology Collective, we do not bill or contract with insurance companies for the care you receive in our office. Instead, our pricing is clearly outlined, and you pay directly for the services you choose at the time of your visit. There are no membership fees, confusing copays, or unexpected bills from our office.
Direct-pay dermatology is a simple, transparent approach to medical care that puts the relationship back where it belongs — between you and your dermatology provider
Why Direct Pay?
We chose the direct-pay model because we believe dermatology can be more personal, accessible, and straightforward.
By removing much of the administrative burden associated with insurance, we can focus our time and resources where they matter most: providing thoughtful, individualized patient care. It also gives us greater flexibility to make decisions based on what is appropriate for you rather than what is dictated by an insurance plan.
Direct pay allows us to offer:
Transparent pricing so you know what your care will cost before services are performed
More personalized visits with time to discuss your concerns and treatment options
Greater access to care without waiting months for a dermatology appointment
More flexibility in how we approach medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology
One practice for comprehensive skin care, whether your concern is medical, procedural, or cosmetic
Can I Still Have Health Insurance?
Absolutely. Direct pay does not mean you should go without health insurance.
Your health insurance can still be used for covered services you receive outside of Elite Dermatology Collective. For example, if we order laboratory testing, send a biopsy or surgical specimen to an outside dermatopathology lab, or prescribe medication for you to pick up at the pharmacy, those independent providers/facilities may bill your insurance directly. You are responsible only for Elite Dermatology Collective’s direct-pay fees at the time of your visit; any charges from outside laboratories, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers are separate and subject to your individual insurance benefits.
Depending on your individual plan, you may also be eligible to use HSA or FSA funds for qualifying medical services or submit documentation to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance coverage, benefits, and reimbursement vary by plan. We encourage patients to contact their insurance provider with questions about their specific benefits.
In our practice, direct pay applies to the care and services we provide in our office – it does not prevent you from using your health insurance for other covered healthcare expenses.
At Elite Dermatology Collective, our goal is simple: exceptional dermatology care with clear pricing, fewer barriers, and more focus on you.
